Spacious room.Comfortable bed.Ample storage cabinets.

Room smells of cigarette, even though I requested a non smoking room. There are two bathrooms in our unit: the drain in one bathroom was clogged, and no hot water in the other. There is no soap for hand washing, nor for dishwashing.

All are excellent for me during my stay. Stuff was granted my request to prepare extra desk for me to work during my stay. Stuff very humble and helpful. There is also kitchen inside that can make me cook for as I want.

I stayed at The Reiz Suites in Medan for two nights and it was a great experience. The room was spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, which made it feel like a home away from home. After 25 hours of travel, the bed was an absolute dream—so comfortable!The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the mall, and the staff, especially the security and doormen, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's only one elevator, and while some guests complained about the wait time, we didn't experience much of an issue. Plus, the chic and cozy living area downstairs makes the wait more pleasant.One bonus is the cafe next door, which has a nice ambience, although the food could be improved.All in all, a fantastic stay, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Medan!

Great location and great staff.

The air con hardly worked. They also have only one elevator in a building with many many guests. It once took me 15 minutes to simply exit the building.

Convenient location

Someone banging a door in the hall at 3 a.m. for hours.... supposed to have cctv cams, so why did I have to be woke up to have to call to report the issue..

Comfortable bed, spacious room and living room. Carpark aplenty.

Bedsheet, pillow cases, towels were brownish/blackish... time to replace please...Lift/elevator was a bottleneck, slow, tapping card doesn't always work, and there's only 1 lift serving the whole hotel...Reception is always busy, a lot of people, you need more staff and counters...Noise from the disco next door until wee hours, continued with the noise from the morning exercise group...A lot of little cockroaches in our unit kitchen...

I like the space. We lived in 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Dining and living room is decent. They have microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Standard utensils. Bathroom is clean. Water pressure is good.Stepping Stone cafe is open 24 hours and has live music at night is definitely a plus.Air Con is working normally.

Hallway is hot during the day although there are air-con, probably not on. From the day we checked-in we need to ask for towels. They always inform us that the towels were not ready because of the late delivery from the laundry company. This is my first time staying in the hotel that has shortage of towels every day. Each room given only 1 bathroom towel/pax for shower. No face towel or other kinds of towels.Some towels that we received have small stains.My blanket cover has small hole.Deposit box in the room cannot be used. We report them to get it fixed, but it was not fixed.Breakfast food is poor quality.

The location near to podomoro deli park mall so it was convenient for getting delicious food shopping and leisure.

1) Breakfast is not good, very little variety, and Coffee (Cappuchino) is Paid/Chargeable during breakfast, even if you have booked for breaksfast included. (Only Black coffee is included in paid breakfast.

the spacious bedroom.we stayed in 2 bedrooms condo, the 2nd bedroom is quiet big, so nicefor a family of 3, a 2 bedrooms condo is nice, as you can stay close together

we stayed in 2 bedroom condo for 3 persons, but the available towel, mug, plate, etc is only for2, so we have to asked.

I love the condo and the location. It was very spacious. The staff were phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again.

Shower flooded. Complains 2 times and still flooded. Towels dirty. Air con dripping water. Room is very noisy from the road traffics. Parking must pay. Not free. Foods at restaurant are lousy. Paid for 2 days and dont bother to take the second day breakfast.

the facilities swimming pool, i cant use it, they said it closed because they’re going to clean it and the other staff said it can be use for monthly rental only, for daily is not possible to use. and its too expensive. and they should reduce the rental price little bit

The location is great.

Cleanliness can be improved, can see obvious stains on the towels.
